We have to kick off this list with one of the most prestigious golfing destination in the world; California. There are so many golf courses in this US state, that you’ll be completely spoilt for choice. Head to Pebble Beach, Santa Cruz, La Quinta and Newport Coast for the best of the best in Cali. Once you’re all golfed out there are still plenty of things to do and see in ‘Wine Country’; visiting one of the many vineyards for example. We understand that Australia is a big place, but there are so many excellent golfing destinations here that we couldn’t pick just one. Melbourne has to top the list, with plenty of private clubs for practicing and competing. The Royal Melbourne Golf Club is also the site of the golfing World Cup, which means you, can play where the pros play. What makes Australia so special is that you can go during the British winter, when our own golf courses are soggy and unplayable. You’ll then get the joys of playing golf in the delightful Aussie sunshine; what could be better? When (and if) you want to take a break from golfing, you’ll be surrounded by some incredible things to see and do, for the whole family.
Morocco is renowned for being an ultimate golf break destination, with an excellent range of high quality courses and year round sunshine. It doesn’t take too long to fly there from the UK either. Golf courses in Morocco certainly aren’t in short supply and all have been well maintained for a superior playing experience. The city of Marrakech offers plenty of things to see and do, if you want to take a break from golfing for a while. You can visit one of the many historical sites, barter with the locals at the world famous Bazaar and even take a camel ride over the impressive landscapes. If you want to escape the bustling city for a while then head over to one of the coastal courses, bordered by the Atlantic. Morocco really does have everything you could possibly want or need from a golfing holiday.

Thailand offers so much diversity, which means you can opt to play in the busy city of Bangkok, near to stunning beaches in Phuket or amidst beautiful mountains in Chiang Mai. Although the people of Thailand may be fairly new to the destination golfing world, hey have enlisted the help of some world famous golfing professionals and architects. Therefore, you can be sure the courses you find here are amongst some of the best on the planet! From November to February you can expect the best climate for golfing, as the sun is still shining but it isn’t as glaringly hot as during their summer. This gives you the perfect excuse to book in a golfing holiday during our rainy, grey and chilly winter.
